Morning Class – Contemporary & Urban

In class Raha Nejad uses a variety of dance styles: commercial, contemporary and urban. She places special emphasis on teaching participants the freedom of dance and movement. Musicality, precision in the execution of movements and reflections about emotions while dancing are central aspects of the class. The class consists of freestyle sequences and a mix of choreography in diagonals through space.
